How we got started

It all started with an idea from hosting our family and friends when visiting us in the summer the past 4 years. Whilst staying with us they would have dental treatment, update their glasses, purchase contact lenses all at a fraction of the cost. They would enjoy the many sites and treasures that we have to offer within close proximity (from local sites, boat trips on the Mediterranean, road trips to nearby beaches, tombs, historical places and many more). I am a teacher, my husband has retired and since 2017 I have been teaching at international schools in Türkiye, Egypt and Prague. I wanted to enjoy being in our beautiful home full-time whilst still earning an income.  I thought, why don't we host people in our home while and get paid to do it. I love hosting people and sharing our love for living and enjoying the people, history and hospitality that this beautiful country I call home has to offer.
