Booking process

  1. Fill in the booking request form. We will get back to you to organise a face to face video call (due to time difference, allow a 24hr turnaround response).

  2. Initial video call with hosts via whatever platform you prefer (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Messenger, WhatsApp). We will talk through the services you require and other options for you.

  3. If you are booking dental treatment, you will also have a facilitated call with Melis at MK Ortaca Dental to determine treatment needs and timeline required.

  4. Confirm accommodation dates.

  5. Pay the accommodation deposit.

  6. We will tailor a schedule for you, taking into account the services you have asked for, your preferences and your individual treatment needs. This can be altered during your stay to suit your needs.
