Cancellation Policy

We’re delighted to welcome guests from around the world for a unique experience that blends high-quality healthcare with relaxation and cultural discovery. Because we begin planning and coordinating your stay and treatments well in advance, we have a firm cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and sustainability for everyone involved.

Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • This secures your accommodation and all associated services, including dental care, eyewear, hair treatments, tours, and cultural experiences.

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 90 days before arrival: You’ll receive a 50% refund of your total package.

  • 90 days or less before arrival: We are unable to offer a refund, as bookings are fully committed at this stage.

  • No-shows or early departures are charged in full.

Partial Cancellations

  • Once confirmed, individual components of your package (such as a boat trip or dental appointment) cannot be cancelled for a refund, as they are secured with our trusted partners.

Changing Your Dates

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your travel dates, please let us know at least 90 days in advance.

  • Date changes are subject to availability, and rate differences or rescheduling fees may apply.

Unexpected Events

  • In the rare case that a provider (e.g., dentist or tour guide) must reschedule, we’ll do everything we can to find a suitable alternative.

  • If you cancel due to personal reasons, our standard cancellation terms apply.

  • We highly recommend purchasing travel and medical insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
